Pastoral Care
.

Our pastoral care ministries care for the entire congregation by visiting the sick, checking in on the homebound, praying for one another, and taking communion to those unable to be with us on Sundays. Clergy and parishioners share leadership and responsibilities for providing pastoral support in times of need.

Hearts and Hands is a ministry of caring and helping by volunteers who share their time and gifts to meet a variety of parishioners’ needs, including visits, rides, meals, home communion, a funeral reception, or other assistance.

Our Prayer Chain offers prayers on a daily basis for parishioners and others in our community and throughout the world. The group meets once a month at church to check-in, update prayer lists, and pray with each other.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEV) are sent out from our Sunday services each week to bring Holy Communion to those who are not able to join our faith community on Sundays. Parishioners who volunteer for this ministry are trained and licensed by the Diocese
